We are pleased to share that Alderwood is our first school to have been inspected under the new Ofsted framework and that we are delighted with the outcome, which is testament to the entire school team, children and community at Alderwood. The report cites Alderwood’s ‘well-thought-out curriculum and high-quality teaching’ which ensures pupils ‘achieve very well’. ‘Inclusion lies at the heart’ of the school and ‘pastoral support and care for pupils is remarkable’.
